Our Mission

Through our services, we aim to combine the expertise of professionals within the world of health and wellness together with organisations and companies who work with people who require further skills and education around food, nutrition and physical wellbeing. 

Healthy Mind Healthy Grind highlights the importance of self-love and why it is crucial to take care of your mind, body and soul and how you can do it all on a small budget! 

Development & Success

We measure the development of each participant using the ‘Development Wheel’.

Participants will state their weak areas at the beginning of the workshops and each week they will work with the coach in a group setting to improve in these areas by the end of the workshop.

Recently we have been discussing the ‘lost hours’ between 3pm - 6pm in which many teens hang outside chicken shops after school and consume fast food. Our workshops have been educating teens on the ‘cons’ of wasting time and money on purchasing unhealthy foods and how to better use their money to buy healthy ingredients to bulk cook at home which can last up to 3 days. 

Our workshops usually take place after school for a maximum of 2 hours. Depending on the booking this may vary. 

Through our evaluation 85% of our participants have improved:

Each participant will also finish the workshop with a certification of completion for all the hard work and time they have dedicated to the workshops.
